OHV TRAILS
Off road vehicles like ATVs, dirt bikes and UTVs under 64" wide are welcome to ride at Smurfwood Trails. YOU MUST TAKE ACTUAL WIDTH MEASUREMENT. Don't rely on factory specs. The off road trails offer over 20 miles of ATV trails that cover 680 acres of various terrain. The trails include passes through timber, around fields, through mud bogs and across 32 purpose built bridges. Smurfwood Trails gives you a choice to cross over bridges or to try to cross through ditches. CUSTOM BUILT BRIDGES
There are 32 purpose built bridges along the OHV trails at Smurfwood. We have 15 large bridges and 17 small bridges to cross over creeks and large ditches. Most bridges will allow up to 60" wide off road vehicles. For UTVs up to 64", Smurfwood Trails offers detour paths allowing you to bypass the small narrow bridges. Don't just rely on factory specs. YOU MUST TAKE ACTUAL WIDTH MEASUREMENT.
MUD PITS
Smurfwood Trails is home to many mud holes for your ATV or side by side off road vehicle. We are a family friendly mud park that offers fun for all ages. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned mudder, we offer a wide variety of mud bogs for everyone throughout the off road trails. Bigger is better, and we are the biggest, muddiest mud park in Northeast Missouri.
OFF ROAD TRAILS ADVENTURE
There are three main ATV riding trails at Smurfwood Trails. Trail One will take you to the west side of the farm. Go on an adventure alongside fields, through the wilderness, underneath a county bridge, past mud pits, through a white tractor trailer bridge, across a concrete Combine bridge and the new black Railroad Bridge. Trail Two starts at our main cabin and campsites and goes around the nearby lake. This trail takes you to the east side of the farm where you will cross the red Firehouse Bridge and the blue Papa Smurf Bridge. Both Trail One and Trail Two have hills to climb and mudpits to play in. Trail Three, our newest and shortest trail, takes you to the north side of the farm. It goes across bridges, jumps and bumps, a small amount of timber, and around crop fields. Riding all three trails offers a full day of ATV riding, so pack your lunch and cooler to enjoy a fun filled day in the great outdoors.
