CAMPING PARK

An on-site cabin with electricity is available for a large group or family. Warm up to our propane heating stove during the winter or cool off with air conditioning during the hot summer months. This cabin offers a large sleeping capacity with three twin beds in the loft and one bunk bed with twin mattresses on the first floor. Single cots and double cots are available to use in the large open area to sleep additional people. You may bring air mattresses if you prefer them over a cot.  You will need to bring your own bedding. 

This large cabin has a kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffeepot. A bathroom has recently been added. A propane cooking grill or charcoal grill is available for use to grill your favorite camping meals. A mail-in deposit will be expected to reserve this large cabin. Our second cabin available for rent is a two story bunkhouse with a full size bed and a twin bed on the lower level and three twin beds and two queen-size air mattresses upstairs. A mail-in deposit will be expected to reserve this bunkhouse. You will need to bring your own bedding.

We have a total of 15 campsites with electrical hookups.  We have five campsites that offer a great view along our lake, 3 located by the railroad ties in the parking lot, 1 in front of the large cabin, 2 beside the shelterhouse, and 4 more by the grain bins along the gravel road.Contact us to reserve your camping spot today!   

Smurfwood Trails camping park also offers three new grain bin sleep huts with electricity. These grain bins have been transformed into one of the most unique campsites in Missouri. Each hut has a screen door, window, ceiling light, electric plug-ins, and a concrete floor. Single and double cots are available for rent with the grain bin huts or you can bring an air mattress. Be sure to bring your own bedding. This makes for a great alternative to setting up a tent for your next camping adventure.
